Rates & Availability

Off Season (Sep 16 -May 31):

• $125 per night (3 night minimum)
• $750 per week

Peak Season (Jun 1 - Sep 15):

• $145 per night (6 night minimum)
• $870 per week

Cleaning fee: $75 (per stay)

Refundable Damage Deposit: $250

Additional notes:

• Plus Occupancy Tax of 9.8%
• Full payment required prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy:

• Off Season: Full refund less 1 night's fees if cancelled within 14 days from Check-In Date
• Peak Season: Refund of 50% of rental fee if cancelled within 90 days from Check-In Date
